Microclimate

Favorable microclimatic conditions with temperatures not very high in summer and not excessively cold in winter, thanks to the proximity of the Trasimeno, Chiusi and Montepulciano lakes, of Monte Amiata and Tuscan pre-Apennines

Smell

Net smell of blackberry and blueberry, intense, ample aroma, with notes of cherry and cocoa

Taste

Wine of great structure, where the fine tannin stands out with small notes of precious wood and vanilla, persistent in the final where it expresses its full potential and stands out with complexity and its pleasantness

Food pairing

Pasta served with game sauces, white and red meat sauce, roasted meat, steaks, game in general, aged cheeses, roastbeef and for those who want to end up in beauty…. Dark chocolate.
To be served at a service temperature of not less than 18° C
