La Taragna’s cellar is an ancient structure excavated in the tuff and located in next to the farmhouse, that has its own origins in the 1700s.
Winemaking instead takes place in a modern structure that ensures quality and hygiene, with the most refined techniques and the maximum attention to the respect of quality and traditions.
The Romiti’s family objectives are to make available to the public the same products that for years they have enlivened the tables of the family itself and their friends, integrating the offer with other products beyond the current two:
• Braccio da Montone, from the name of the leader who conquered Cetona in 1418
• Cesare, tribute to the “grandfather”.
